Everything you need to know about consultations
My consultations are a great way to get 1-on-1 advice on any subject relating to the family court system. However, there are few things you should know before you schedule a consultation:
- No refunds. Due to the exclusive virtual nature of this service, all purchases are final as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
- I am not an attorney, I will never provide legal advice.
- I am not a therapist, I will never diagnose or provide treatment plans.
- Coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care.
- The information provided during consultation is not a substitute for professional advice such as a psychiatrist, attorney or counselor.
- All coaching services and communication, as well as information set forth on this website (alviemcnair.com) are meant to help you prepare, withstand and overcome custody matters.
- You will need to agree to my mentoring terms prior to our session.
- I strongly advise you to read the full Terms of Use on this site.
